15 May Construction well under way

The construction phase of stage 1 of Darraby is progressing well.
Baker St has been extended to the west with a new road linking the western end of Baker St back on to Broughton St. A second road heading south from Baker St is also under construction. Installation of services such as water and sewer is also progressing well.
The developer still expects that the construction phase will be completed around July 2013.
