Baker Street has been extended and offers some incredible views across Moss Vale to Mount Gibraltar. Darraby Drive and Joseph Hollins Street also offer views of the Moss Vale town ship and surrounding rural lands.

We are now working with Council and relevant authorities to formalise the subdivision and aim to achieve registration early in the New Year. We are eager to see new home construction commence soon after.

Baker St has been extended to the west with a new road linking the western end of Baker St back on to Broughton St.  A second road heading south from Baker St is also under construction.  Installation of services such as water and sewer is also progressing well.

The developer still expects that the construction phase will be completed around July 2013.
